Slow down. Learn. Reconnect.
Born from a shared value of holistic health, food integrity, nervous system restoration and deep care for the land, Rewild & Restore is a unique collaboration between the teams behind Life Centre Holistic Health and the Wild Game Harvest Experience.
Set amongst the natural landscapes of the NSW South Coast, this immersive 4-day, 3 nights experience weaves together modern restoration practices with ancestral skill, ethical stewardship, wild nourishment and meaningful human connection.
Rather than separating wellness from the realities of how we live, eat and relate to the natural world, Rewild & Restore brings these elements back together in one integrated experience.
What to Expect
Breathwork and nervous system regulation
Meditation and circadian health practices
Movement and contrast therapy
Ethical wild game stewardship and food provenance
Wild Game nose-to-tail breakdown and preparation
Primitive skills and ancestral knowledge
Fire gatherings, shared nourishing meals and community connection
All nourishing meals are prepared with a mix of wild game, fresh produce and seed oil free.
This experience is designed to help you restore connection with yourself and with community, responsibility, presence, nourishment and the natural world that sustains us.
There is a natural rhythm that emerges when people slow down together in nature — away from constant input, urgency and noise. There is a natural rhythm that emerges when people slow down together in nature — away from constant input, urgency and noise.
Part of the immersion explores circadian health and the importance of aligning more closely with the rhythms humans evolved alongside for thousands of years — sunrise and sunset, movement, rest, light exposure and time outdoors.
Throughout the retreat, to optimise the immersion it is encouraged to reduce reliance on technology, screens and digital stimulation, creating space for deeper presence, clearer thinking, nervous system restoration and more meaningful human connection.
Through education, conversation and shared experience, you are invited into a greater understanding of land stewardship, the impact invasive species can have on ecosystems, and the role ethical, sustainable hunting can play in protecting native flora, fauna and biodiversity.
A chance to bridge modern life with timeless human rhythms.
Rewild & Restore is not about escaping life.
It is about returning to it more grounded, more connected and more fully alive.
We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

The experience opens gently with grounding practices, introductions and a shared evening meal around fire.

Wild Game Harvest Experience
Andrew, Sam & Lan
Andrew
Harvesting has always been an integral part in Andrew's life. From the age of 2 he was witnessing and assisting his family harvesting animals on their small-scale farm just outside of Sydney. With guidance from his family, he was able to learn many skills in traditional preparation of foods including gardening, pickling, dry ageing, and many other types of traditional cooking. His exposure to this lifestyle from such a young age has helped cultivate his passion for sustainable living.
Sam
A life of spending quality time alone in wild places, paired with an obsession for all things prehistoric, has made Sam a wellspring of ancient knowledge. His passion spans stone knapping, atlatl and bow making, and the art of transforming bone, sinew, hide, and antler into tools and weapons — echoing the resourcefulness of our ancestors. What sets Sam apart is his boundless enthusiasm for sharing these forgotten skills, bringing them alive in the modern world and inspiring others to experience the land as humans once did.
Lan
Passionate about food and growing up with her Vietnamese heritage she has embraced nose-to-tail preparation and eating. With a journey that began with interest in food provenance and evolved into wild game harvesting; she is inspired to share this with others and make it more accessible to others — especially families.
