Personal Training

Our holistic personal training sessions are tailor-made to our clients goals and ability. Our aim is to coach our clients toward more strength, balance and wholeness using a range of techniques such as stretching, flexibility, mobility work, and foam rolling to prepare the body for training.

We use a functional approach working on the foundations of movement (primal movement). Using resistance and longevity style training to keep the muscles, bones, ligaments and tendons robust.

We also work on all levels of cardiovascular health and conditioning and implement focused breathing techniques to compliment and enhance sports performance.

Sessions are followed by a sauna and cold spa to optimise performance and aid in recovery.

The mind and body are inseparable. We take a holistic approach working on all levels physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Float Therapy

Our Magnesium float tanks help to stimulate the body’s own natural power to heal and regenerate.

Flotation therapy is a rapidly growing wellness treatment and can be used for; deep thinking, meditation, creativity, stress management, chronic pain, relief of pressure from the joints, adrenal fatigue, and sleep disorders such as insomnia.

Flotation therapy also offers absorption of the beneficial macromineral magnesium and an experience of zero gravity - a feeling of complete weightlessness.

Mineral Pool

Magnesium chloride is a naturally occurring compound of magnesium (mineral) and chloride (electrolyte), found in seawater. Swimming in our mineral pool won’t irritate your eyes, skin or leave you smelling like chlorine, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind after a training session or hot Sauna.

Breathwork

Each breathwork session is tailor-made and intuitively guided specific to the clients needs and intention. During our breathwork sessions we use a range of different techniques such as; Co2 tolerance training, circular and holotropic style breathwork and calming breath practice.

Co2 Tolerance:

We inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide (Co2) it’s the level of Co2 that signals our bodies to breath more air, not the lack of oxygen. Our heart pumps oxygenated blood through the body. Building tolerance to Co2 reduces the need to breath air in, in-turn reducing the heart rate. Allowing more readily available energy, a balanced nervous system and a clear mind. Co2 tolerance training is ideal for surfers looking for longer breath holds, athletes for more endurance or someone looking to make those flight of stairs easier.

Circular and holotropic style breathwork:

Holos means “whole”. Trepein means “to move toward”.
Holotropic - ‘Moving toward wholeness’.

This style of breathwork minimises the space in between breaths in a focused flow. A deep heart opening dive through rhythmic breathing patterns, controlled hypoxia, visualisation and soundtracks allowing you to switch of the thinking mind and go within connecting to your authentic self. Using conscious connected breath to unlock anything that may be holding you back or allowing the clarity and creativity to come forward for you to be the best version of yourself.

Calming breath practice:

This style of conscious, calm breathing helps us to ground down and connect back to the body. In this fast paced lifestyle it is so beneficial to take the time to relax and slow down. Using intentional inhalation through the nose. We focus on 360 degree expansion of the mid section which contracts the diaphragm down into the belly, allowing more space in the lungs to experience a full bodied breath. Followed by a long slow exhalation or hum which puts the body into a parasympathetic state where the body can rest, digest and regenerate. Increasing energy and vitality.
